Role scope : As a CRM Manager you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the CRM Strategy to increase customer lifetime value as well as optimising all Betway retention activities across sports and casino. The role will be responsible for growing the retention programme across multiple markets within the products – those being Spain, Mexico + Latin America. You will collaborate cross functionally with Trading, Country Management, Acquisition, Product, Creative and Technology teams to ensure strategy alignment. This role requires a good understanding of how to use technology and data to improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
