Mission :
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented CRM Expert the implementation and steering of campaigns for existing customers & prospects, across all channels with a focus on outbound calling, email & website personalization.
Your main focus will be on email marketing, cross- and upselling and Customer Loyalty. In addition to your immediate colleagues, we work with an international CRM team to provide great service and result-driven campaigns
