Overview
We are looking for a CRM Specialist to become the owner and expert of our HubSpot ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding our CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer success processes. You will play a key role in ensuring our CRM is the backbone of our revenue operations : from creating new sales sequences and workflows to supporting web integrations and reporting . Although flexible hours and remote work are offered, occasional in-person meetings in Madrid may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage, and optimize our HubSpot CRM to ensure data accuracy and efficient usage across teams.
- Build and maintain sales sequences, workflows, automations, objects and dashboards that improve team performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment between processes and campaigns.
- Work on website integrations, landing pages, and forms connected to HubSpot.
- Identify opportunities for improving CRM adoption, processes, and reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration with other tools and platforms; support additional integrations when required.
The Skillset
3+ years of experience managing HubSpot CRM in a professional environment.Strong understanding of sales automation, workflows, objects, data management and reporting within HubSpot.Ability to collaborate effectively in Spanish; good written English required (spoken English is a plus).Experience with integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot is a strong plus.Familiarity with the latest AI HubSpot tools for Service, Sales and Marketing modules .Soft-skills
