Strategic Recruiter
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in scaling our organization through effective talent acquisition and management. Your mission is to identify, attract, and engage top talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and define effective hiring plans.
- Proactively source and engage candidates using various channels and creative approaches.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, even during high-volume processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position our organization as a top employer in the market.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve speed and quality of hire.
- Work closely with the People and Culture team on onboarding and talent development programs.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in startups or fast-growing environments.Proven track record in volume hiring and closing diverse roles across multiple functions.Strong communication skills and ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders.Proactive, solutions-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Teamtailor).Fluency in English is essential; Spanish is a strong plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
