Job Opportunity : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our organization is expanding rapidly in the data centre and technology space, seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Based in Spain, this role will involve attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes for key roles in EMEA, with a focus on data centres, tech, and infrastructure.
- Build diverse pipelines by sourcing and engaging passive talent across markets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, driving recruitment marketing campaigns to grow awareness and talent communities.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Champion diversity and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
