Overview
As Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Product at Superbet, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing recruitment team while driving the talent acquisition strategy for our Tech & Product functions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, create sourcing strategies, and lead your team in delivering top-tier candidates. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team success and professional growth.Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the Tech & Product teams to understand staffing needs and shape recruitment strategies to meet business goals.Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition initiatives, including direct sourcing, recruitment marketing, content creation, and event organization, ensuring your team is equipped with the right tools and strategies.Oversee and actively participate in sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that the team maintains a high standard for candidate quality and an exceptional candidate experience.Track and monitor team performance, ensuring KPIs are met and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve team efficiency.Champion continuous learning and process improvements within the team, driving efficiency and ensuring the team is aligned with evolving business needs.Seniority level
