We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team in Madrid office.

Reporting to HR Director the main responsabilities of this position are :

• Act as the head of function for the talent acquisition department within country.
• Lead on all talent acquisition related initiatives and become the key point of contact for all talent acquisition queries.
• Define, launch, and own the talent acquisition roadmap, ensuring GXO remain an employer of choice within the country.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs on a national basis for operational and head office roles. Always ensuring the department is resourced to meet country needs.
• Collaborate with senior management and operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, staying up to date with the latest technologies available.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track in-country performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex recruitment challenges.
