Recruitment Partner / Talent Acquisition Partner

At ALTEN, we are looking to hire a Recruiter.

This role is key in identifying, attracting, and selecting top professionals in the industry, directly contributing to the success of our technology projects.

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you can develop your career in Human Resources with a focus on technical talent recruitment.

Writing clear and attractive job descriptions

Participating in technical interviews alongside hiring managers

Candidate follow-up and support throughout HR processes

Fluent in English and Spanish, Swedish is a plus

You have a Bachelor or Master degree

From 0 to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Team player with strong collaboration skills
