Source and select candidates who will thrive in our culture, with a focus on quality over volume.Drive the entire hiring process from initial demand to final offer, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers at every level, providing honest, strategic guidance throughout.Define and shape our company culture with every hire you make - you're not just filling roles, you're building the future.Build and grow a strong talent network by nurturing existing relationships and creating new ones.Deepen your understanding of technical roles to better connect with candidates and match the right people to the right teams.What you’ll bring

You have solid experience in international recruitment, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.You have experience recruiting and working with technical roles such as Engineers, Developers and Product ManagersYou’re highly skilled in sourcing top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.You manage recruitment processes with ease, switching smoothly between roles, projects, and priorities.You’re confident working with and advising stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.You understand the nuances of hiring across diverse roles, cultures, and regions.You stay current with industry trends, consistently deliver beyond expectations, and approach your work with curiosity and a willingness to grow.What you’ll get
