Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements across multiple departments.
- Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters.
- Collaborate with employer branding and marketing teams to promote job opportunities and enhance candidate engagement.
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to improve sourcing strategy.
- Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support talent mapping.
- Contribute to diversity sourcing efforts and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
- Participate in sourcing events, job fairs, and online talent communities to enhance talent pools.
- Develop strong research and online sourcing skills (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Familiarity with ATS tools.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of talent markets in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
