Essential Qualifications Minimum two years\' experience in guest-facing roles within a luxury environment.
Combination of education equivalent to a high school diploma or any other source of education, training, or experience providing required knowledge and skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, demonstrating a confident and welcoming demeanor.
Minimum three years of related experience and / or training in the laundry field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting English language documents such as safety guidelines and equipment manuals.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment operation.
Ability to apply customer service principles according to company standards when interacting with guests and coworkers.
Completion of high school or basic education equivalency preferred; university degree a plus.
Working knowledge of computers and ability to navigate software packages like Excel and Word.
Language Requirements Good command of the English language required; ability to speak additional languages like Spanish and European languages a plus.
