Overview Job Title : Housekeeping Services Manager. We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Housekeeping Services Manager to lead our housekeeping team.

Create a positive working environment by establishing clear performance expectations through regular feedback and coaching.
Demonstrate expertise in training, leadership development, and recognition techniques.
Requirements Two to three years of progressive housekeeping management experience in upscale environments.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field from an accredited institution.
Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, equipment use, personal protective equipment, and job safety analysis.
Strong understanding of talent assessment, quality service standards, guest satisfaction, leadership skills, coaching abilities, and issue-solving.
Proficiency in software packages (Excel, Word, SQM, OCIMS, Fidelio, LGA, Medallia, Kronos) and financial aspects, budgeting, cost containment, planning, and future orders.
Demonstrated results-oriented management style with proven successes in operational goals, training, leadership development, recognizing overall team performance, and achieving quality service standards.
Able to communicate diplomatically, resolve problems, and negotiate amicable resolution to challenges.
Flexibility to manage, direct, and encourage a positive, dynamic, diverse housekeeping operation in a changing work environment.
