Laundry Operations Manager Job
The Laundry Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our laundry facility. Their primary objective is to ensure that all chemicals used are approved and disposed of correctly.
This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and maintain efficient service in the laundry facilities, ensuring high-quality cleaning and presentation of guest and crew laundry. Our goal is to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee daily laundry operations to guarantee adherence to Approved Chemical List.
- Maintain high standards of day-to-day service quality in laundry facilities.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.
- Assign tasks and review work of laundry personnel.
Requirements :
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury environment with direct guest interaction.A high school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.A confident appearance with a warm demeanor.At least 3 years' experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.The ability to read and interpret English documents.Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment usage.Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols.Strong customer service skills.
