Join us at the Canary Islands as a Resort Operations Manager!

As our Resort Operations Manager, you will ensure a seamless guest experience by overseeing the smooth operation of all on-site activities. Your responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and technical departments. Based in Gran Canaria, you will support our resorts in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, and Marrakesh, Morocco. You will manage our F&B outlets and contribute creatively to guest satisfaction, especially for our shareholder guests. Additionally, you will plan and implement revenue-generating initiatives across various outlets.

Your responsibilities :

Lead the entire resort, including budget creation and achieving financial goals.

Manage and develop the Head of Department Management Team and approximately 30 employees.

Ensure adherence to standards and continuously improve work processes, including creating employee schedules.

Guarantee exceptional customer service.

Conduct monthly visits to other resorts, including day trips to Puerto de la Cruz and visits to our Marrakesh resort in Morocco.

Qualifications :

Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in hospitality.

Several years of professional experience in various industry departments, especially at the front desk and in gastronomy.

Excellent German, Spanish, and English language skills, both written and spoken. French is a plus.

Proficiency in standard IT programs (e.G., MS Office or Google Suite).

Willingness to work flexible hours.
