Responsibilities
Leading initiatives to maximize customer-focused actions and sales
Identifying opportunities to improve sales in key categories through promotions, pricing, and assortment optimization
Directing the creation and development of the Data Road Map to support action plans
Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance customer metrics and product category growth
Measuring results and taking corrective decisions when necessary
Proposing differentiating actions based on data and customer feedback to outperform the competition
Tracking initiatives and collaborating with various departments to establish clear objectives
To succeed, you will need
A university degree in a field related to strategic decision-making
6 years of experience in strategic consulting
Advanced English language skills (French proficiency is valued)
Strategic vision, customer-centric approach, leadership, and team management skills
Lateral influence, effective communication, data analysis, and interpretation skills
Initiative and decision-making abilities
