As a key member of the Talent team, you will be responsible for the professional development and growth of staff. You will manage individual career needs, prioritize tasks, and adapt to shifting business requirements.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to assign talent to projects, develop strategies, and drive results. Your role will also involve collaborating with local and global engineering managers, requesting managers, and the wider talent management team.
