SENIOR ECOMMERCE GROWTH STRATEGIST

We’re seeking a Results-Driven & Experienced Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to join our team. The Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical role in driving client success. You will lead the development of accurate strategic forecasts that guide our clients toward their goals, ensuring seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. Your actions and decisions consistently resonate with the core values of CTC Global, serving as a beacon for these principles. At CTC, your trained expertise is invaluable, covering the entire spectrum of CTC's Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition.

Beyond strategic planning, you are an active partner in client growth, maintaining transparent communication about the actions taken and performance relative to forecasts. This engagement strengthens relationships and ensures that CTC's clients have a clear roadmap to success while guiding them through the complexities of media acquisition and strategy. You stand as a representative and zealous advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its accompanying tools. As a Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist, you set a high standard. Responsibilities

  • Lead development of accurate strategic forecasts that guide client goals and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Drive client success and growth; maintain transparent communication about actions and forecast performance.
  • Represent and advocate for CTC’s approach to media acquisition and tools.
  • Set a high standard of execution; ensure outcomes reflect the level of involvement.
  • Manage and guide client engagements through media acquisition and strategic planning.

  • Requirements & Success Metrics

    RESULTS

    You will merge the Finance and Marketing sides of a business to build a forecasted strategy to help the business achieve its goal. You should :

  • Achieve certification and confidence in our ideology by the end of training, enabling precise execution of the Prophet system to ensure top-quality results for clients.
  • Consistently deliver high-accuracy performance within a 5% delta across the Prophet system's Growth Map and Statlas.
  • Lead and collaborate with your team to optimize productivity and maintain high-performance standards.
  • Apply best practices in media buying to drive outstanding results, ensuring no one could achieve better outcomes in your role.
  • Maintain client satisfaction levels above benchmark rates, aligning daily on forecasts to exceed client expectations.
  • Adhere to rigorous quality standards in client feedback, forecasting, media buying decisions, and system execution.
  • Meet all deadlines and budget requirements, ensuring timely and on Target Performance.
  • Contribute valuable ideas to team discussions and company-wide content, supporting growth and innovation.
  • Onboarding & Training

  • TRAINING PERIOD : Be willing to put in the hard work required and be hungry enough to go through the training.
  • Be prepared for this to be the hardest job you have ever worked, as you would fundamentally develop a high-leverage new skill.

  • ONBOARDING : Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients; manage, align & work with the team members of your pod including Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist; ensure data integrity across Statlas; execute the Prophet system for your clients; build growth forecasts and maps; perform data analysis; coordinate marketing calendars with clients; daily execution and actualisation vs the forecast; deconstruct and adjust projections to meet KPIs; pivot early when needed; lead in obstacle situations; maintain insatiable curiosity; implement CTC's Meta best practices; build campaigns using our structure and processes; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy toward daily targets; implement tests to beat your best campaigns.
  • Quality & Client Communication

  • Ensure you are within a 5% Delta to the Forecast
  • Daily alignment with the client vs the forecast & strategy
  • Maintain above-benchmark client satisfaction
  • Follow Prophet system execution to 100% within timelines
  • Deliver all work on time with optimal quality & attention to detail
  • Champion client communication; provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy updates; ensure team clarity on deadlines
  • Location & Environment

  • Fully remote with the ability to pick your schedule.
  • Autonomy as a core value, with regular feedback sessions and measurable quality benchmarks; weekly accountability check-ins; opportunities for growth.
  • Salary Range & Growth

  • First month : $2,000
  • Second month : $4,000
  • Third month (on average) : $7,000 a month
  • 1st Year Annual Range : $64,000-$76,000
  • 2nd Year Annual Range : $100,000-$120,000
  • This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
