We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Growth Specialist to spearhead business development and marketing initiatives, driving growth and expanding our commercial footprint.

• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and promote high-value engineering, procurement, and construction services for utilities, developers, and infrastructure funds, with a focus on power-related technologies and projects.
• Collaborate with the Power Business Unit Commercial Director to define our value proposition for each opportunity.
• Maintain a cutting-edge marketing documentation framework across all commercial aspects.
• Nurture key client relationships and develop strategic partnerships with clients.
• Foster strong connections with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and stay abreast of their technological advancements and future plans.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from a reputable institution. A clear aspiration to become a commercial leader working internationally in the energy / power sector is highly desirable.
