Overview Revenue Management Operations Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our revenue growth initiatives and drive transformational change within the organization.

Responsibilities Administer Revenue Management systems, including incident reporting and resolution.

Recommend and promote best practices within the Revenue Management function.

Deliver training to analysts as required.

Lead and contribute to projects involving Revenue Management, including ideation, requirements gathering, presentations, testing, and follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or more than 3 years of experience in Revenue Management.

Proficiency in English (minimum B level).

Intermediate Excel skills.

Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.

Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Negotiation and project management experience in cross-functional teams.

Ability to identify automation opportunities.

Competence in algorithm design.

Basic programming skills in Python or VBA.
