Talent Acquisition Manager

Overview

UST is seeking a seasoned HR Lead for Spain & LATAM to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region. As a member of our Human Resources department, you will lead a team of five professionals and contribute to the success of one of our most dynamic regions.

Responsibilities

• Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team
• Representing UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters
• Partnering with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making
• Developing and implementing HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
• Managing complex employee relations and performance issues
• Overseeing HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
• Collaborating with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes
