Overview
UST is seeking a seasoned HR Lead for Spain & LATAM to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region. As a member of our Human Resources department, you will lead a team of five professionals and contribute to the success of one of our most dynamic regions.
Responsibilities
- Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team
- Representing UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters
- Partnering with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making
- Developing and implementing HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Managing complex employee relations and performance issues
- Overseeing HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Collaborating with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes
Qualifications
Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firmsStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentFluency in Spanish and English (at least C1)Work Environment
