Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis and help them attract and hire the best tech talent in the industry.

What They’re Looking For

As their Tech Talent Acquisition Partner,

you’ll play a strategic role in shaping their hiring approach across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data. You’ll be part of a high-performing team based across Europe, working towards ambitious hiring goals for 2025.

Here’s what your role will look like :

• Hire exceptional talent that raises our bar across tech verticals with a strong focus on software engineering.
• Proactively source and engage exceptional engineering and product talent through direct sourcing, building robust referral networks, and fostering deep candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with engineering hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand the needs of our tech teams and provide strategic guidance on hiring.
• Boost their Employer Brand - host meet-ups, attend events, create blogs and videos to help attract great talent.
• Use data and analytics to identify process improvements, and share stakeholder updates on a regular basis.
