We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to work remotely on a contract basis across Europe. The ideal candidate is a strong talent advisor with the ability to understand Talent Acquisition needs and translate that into actionable solutions. A fundamental understanding of business strategy and its connection to recruiting efforts is essential. The role requires both strategic and tactical capabilities. The scope includes, but is not limited to, functions such as Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, HR, and Program Management.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Manage the entire recruiting process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to develop job descriptions, post requisitions, source candidates, and drive the recruitment process.
- Pre-screen resumes, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers for key roles.
- Recruit passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Promote best practices in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding across the organization to ensure quality and productivity.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, and external search firms.
- Assess internal and external recruiting resources and recommend optimal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and organizational policies during recruitment and hiring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and recruitment best practices.
- Share recruitment best practices across the organization.
- Build and maintain a network to identify qualified candidates and expand the applicant pool.
- Educate and train hiring managers on recruitment processes.
- Partner with TA Coordinators and HR Operations to optimize offers and onboarding processes.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Extensive experience in recruiting within the Biopharma industry across various functions.Experience supporting functions such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Legal, HR, and more is advantageous.Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical drug discovery lifecycle.Fluency in English and either French or Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.Ability to build credibility, trust, and influence at all organizational levels.Strong partnering and influencing skills.Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment activities and developing recruitment strategies.Experience with Workday is a plus.Experience working in a global environment.Additional Information
