We are seeking a proactive and organized CRM Expert to join our team in the implementation and steering of campaigns for existing customers & prospects, across all channels with a focus on outbound calling, email & website personalization.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning and Execution
- Plan, optimize, and implement measures to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction as well as up- and cross-selling within our CRM Tool.
- Plan, implement, optimize, and report on CRM campaigns.
- Customer Communication
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the local market in coordination with the central team, gathering and translating local requirements via the QBR process.
- Manage and send certified communications to customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional communication projects, ensuring alignment between local and global stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of commercial consents, ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards.
- Campaign Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance (open rate, click rate, click-through open rate).
- Coordinate with external agencies to deliver on local communication needs.
Requirements
3–5+ years of proven experience in CRM, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Proficient in data analysis and tools such as Power BI and Excel.Experience managing cross-functional projects in multicultural or global environments.Benefits
