You will lead product management initiatives ensuring the best experience for both buyers and sellers as a proactive Communication and CRM Manager.

Main Responsibilities :

• Create communication plans to engage sellers effectively.
• Track seller communication progress, optimizing the process continuously.
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to enhance features for seller communication tools.
• Answer questions on community platforms efficiently.
• Develop community leaders among sellers.
• Optimize community platforms regularly.

This role requires strong communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
