Role Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Director with a proven track record in managing large-scale operations and navigating complex labour relations environments. This role is pivotal in driving talent strategies, supporting organizational change, ensuring legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment, and acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and operational managers.

Lead employee relations efforts, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.

Manage labour disputes, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety regulations.

Promote a strong organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.

Analyse HR metrics (absenteeism, turnover, engagement, etc.) and implement action plans.

Support performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as compensation, benefits, learning & development, and talent acquisition.

To Excel in This Role, You’ll Need :

University degree in Law, Psychology, Labour Relations, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 in senior leadership roles.

Demonstrated experience in unionized environments and collective bargaining.

In-depth knowledge of Spanish labour law and HR best practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.

Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Resilient, agile, and comfortable leading in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is preferred.
