Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to spearhead strategic and operational initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of professionals in Human Resources
- Represent the organization on all HR-related matters, internally and externally
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making
- Implement HR projects focused on employee engagement, benefits, and company culture
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies
- Manage complex employee relations and performance issues
- Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
- Partner with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes
- Support training and development initiatives for managers and employees
Requirements
Proven experience in senior HR leadership rolesStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR complianceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentFluency in Spanish and English (C1 level)What We Offer
