HRBP- Human Resources Business Partner (F / M) role at Air Liquide Healthcare.

Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia specializes in the manufacture and commercialization of medical and healthcare gases. We manufacture and supply medical gases; we develop, install, maintain equipment and propose essential solutions for their proper use. We work with the highest safety standards in all our processes to ensure proper use and handling of our gases, services and equipment at all times. We have a large team of experts with in-depth knowledge of our customers' needs.

How you will contribute

La misión principal del puesto será la de dar soporte en diferentes áreas de recursos humanos, especialmente las orientadas al área de compensación y organización. La persona se encargará de la definir e implantar políticas retributivas competitivas para la organización y también coordinar y asegurar una correcta implantación de los cambios organizativos.

Responsibilities

• Compensación : Calcular los incrementos de convenio (fijos y pluses de convenio) así como la distribución de conceptos salariales
• Coordinación y ejecución del annual Merit Increase
• Seguimiento y cálculos de políticas de retribución variable (bonus)
• Gestión de Auditoria Retributiva y colaboración en su elaboración para el plan de igualdad
• Registro Retributivo Anual
• Control de Budget
• Gestión de revisiones salariales, creación y envío de cartas
• Consolidación de cambios en herramienta Workday
