Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Director in the energy sector, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home flexibility. The HR Director will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Daily tasks include managing employee relations, developing HR policies, overseeing performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires close collaboration with senior management to support and drive organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Thorough understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Previous experience in the energy sector or a related industry is advantageous
