Overview

Job Title : Regional Aftersales Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new dealer induction with all departments.
• Ensure dealers are familiar with our systems and procedures.
• Inspect and accept dealer services in line with our standards.
• Maintain dealer aftersales information to support service quality goals.
• Regularly visit dealers to review service levels, policies and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate spare parts logistics to elevate service levels.
• Develop individual improvement plans for dealers to enhance service quality compliance and performance.
• Resolve customer complaints through mediation between dealers and customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Care Department and obtain goodwill authorization as needed.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for aftersales services.
