Job Title : Regional Aftersales Manager
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new dealer induction with all departments.
- Ensure dealers are familiar with our systems and procedures.
- Inspect and accept dealer services in line with our standards.
- Maintain dealer aftersales information to support service quality goals.
- Regularly visit dealers to review service levels, policies and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate spare parts logistics to elevate service levels.
- Develop individual improvement plans for dealers to enhance service quality compliance and performance.
- Resolve customer complaints through mediation between dealers and customers.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Department and obtain goodwill authorization as needed.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for aftersales services.
Qualifications
