About the Role :

Join our Corporate Data Solutions Tribe, responsible for providing reports, dashboards, and analytics for the entire SD Worx Group. CDS manages the data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, data mappings, definitions, and the transformation of Corporate Data into Information & Insights. The Advanced Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Team at CDS is at the forefront of harnessing cutting-edge AI technologies. We specialize in projects such as recommendation systems, language models, document understanding, data quality improvement, and feedback analysis, all aimed at revolutionizing data-driven decision-making for an exceptional user experience.

Your Responsibilities :

As a Data Scientist at SD Worx, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to enhance our HR and payroll solutions, helping us uncover valuable insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness in workforce management.
