Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the delivery of contracted services such as maintenance and information technology to customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external clients regarding service delivery.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Deliver implementations and ongoing services on time, meeting client requirements, while managing project schedules, risks, scope, and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in client meetings to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure operational teams and service partners understand client needs and provide support.
• Promote organizational capabilities to achieve contract extensions or additional business.
• Support contract renewals and expand service offerings within the current customer base.
• Define budget needs, monitor P&L, and perform variance analysis.
• Manage customer invoicing and payment milestones.
