Job Title : Service Delivery Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Specialist to lead high-impact transformations, driving the evolution of services from Time & Material (T&M) to managed services and fixed-price projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong, lasting relationships as a trusted partner with key clients.
- Design, implement, and optimize managed services and fixed-price project models to meet client needs.
- Define, monitor, and enforce service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance metrics to ensure top-quality delivery.
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies, anticipating challenges before they impact business operations.
- Oversee invoicing, cost control, and contract management to maintain transparency and financial health of the engagement.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reports and strategic insights to clients and internal leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience in service management, preferably driving transitions from T&M to managed services.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills in international corporate environments.Solid knowledge of IT / OT technologies and service delivery models.Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, risks, and complex projects.Ability to lead teams and influence multiple stakeholders effectively.Fluent English language proficiency and comfortable working in multicultural environments.Results-driven, proactive mindset with high adaptability.Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in an international setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.What We Offer
