Service Delivery Excellence Manager

Overview

Omoda Motors is seeking a highly skilled Regional Aftersales Manager to lead the efficient operation and continuous improvement of dealer aftersales services within their region.

The successful candidate will ensure that dealers operate at optimal levels, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, dealer compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new dealer induction with all O&J departments and ensure dealers have access to all O&J systems and procedures.
• Conduct O&J standards inspections and maintain dealer aftersales information for service quality goals.
• Organize regular dealer visits to review service levels, commercial policies, and quality targets.
• Coordinate spare parts logistics and implement individual improvement plans.
• Mediates between dealers and customers to achieve customer compliance and satisfaction.
