Human Resources Professional

As a Human Resources Professional, you will be responsible for serving as a local HR partner based in Madrid, working closely with the regional team to support both daily operations and long-term growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
• Support employment lifecycle management, including employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
• Act as a trusted partner for employee relations, handling inquiries, contract management, and workplace issues in compliance with labor law.
• Assist with performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
• Coordinate and deliver training & development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
• Implement and localize human resources policies and processes aligned with regional strategy.
• Provide human resources data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
