Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be part of the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, helping us bring in top talent that drives our business forward. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in recruiting who’s eager to grow into a more strategic role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to managing Job offers
• Write and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Ensure a positive candidate journey with clear communication at every stage
• Support onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth transitions
• Keep recruitment data up-to-date and provide reporting insights
• Stay on top of recruiting trends and tools to continuously improve processes
