Could you be the full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist in Madrid we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your recruitment expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.

You'll be in charge of the recruitment of a wide variety of engineering and management roles. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and HR.

We’ll look to you for :

  • Look after the end to end recruitment process :
  • Partnership with Business Hiring Managers and HR in order to identify necesities and review the scope of the roles.
  • Job posting and job specification revision for external and internal advertisements on LinkedIn and on ALSTOM job web.
  • Sourcing and headhunting actively on the main job platforms.
  • Assess potential candidates during screening calls and job interviews.
  • Elaborate candidate reports for Hiring Managers and HR.
  • Handle all TA platforms to ensure the completion of the recruitment process at all stages.

  • Experience dealing with recruitment within Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering or related sectors.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure a good alignment with Hiring Managers and HR.
  • It would be a plus to be familiar with Success Factors or similar ATS.
  • It´s mandatory a high command of english, at least B2-C1 level and native in Spanish.
