We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team.
About the Role :
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized professional to support end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, and candidate communication
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and support efficient hiring processes
Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
Assist with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
Support general HR administration tasks, including document management and reporting
Requirements :
To succeed in this role, you will need :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles
Fluency in English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software is a plus
