WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? 5+ years of experience as a CRM Support ManagerStrong proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce and Veeva CRM.Experience managing support queues, incident categorization, SLA monitoring, and issue escalation.Solid knowledge of CRM support processes and documentation best practices.Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and requirements.Proven experience in leading CRM support activities in the pharma sector.Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
