5+ years of experience as a CRM Support ManagerStrong proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce and Veeva CRMExperience managing support queues, incident categorization, SLA monitoring, and issue escalationSolid knowledge of CRM support processes and documentation best practicesFamiliarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and requirementsProven experience in leading CRM support activities in the pharma sectorAdvanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBenefits
