Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources team in Spain and LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region, collaborating with senior leadership, and contributing to the success of one of our most dynamic regions.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and effectively manage a Human Resources team of five professionals.
- Represent the company in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, both internally and externally.
- Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region.
- Develop and implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage complex employee relations and performance issues.
- Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes.
- Support training and development initiatives for managers and employees.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firms.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Fluency in Spanish and English (at least C1).Benefits
