The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies, managing talent, and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business growth.
- Talent Management : Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development processes.
- HR Operations Excellence : Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, ensuring seamless operations.
- Employee Relations & Compliance : Provide expert advice on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- International Mobility : Supervise employee relocation processes, including visa and work permit applications.
Requirements :
