HR Professional Leader

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources team in Spain and LATAM. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, managing a team of five professionals, and partnering with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region.

About the Role

Lead and effectively manage a Human Resources team of five professionals

Represent the organization in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, internally and externally

Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region

Develop and implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

Manage complex employee relations and performance issues

Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting

Collaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes

Requirements

Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firms or similar environments

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Fluency in Spanish and English
