We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our team in Spain and LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 5 professionals in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Represent the organization in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, both internally and externally.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region.
  • Implement HR projects focused on employee engagement, benefits, and company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage complex employee relations and performance issues.
  • Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firms.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level).
