Job Title : Strategic Human Resources Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources department in Spain & LATAM. As a strategic partner, you will drive operational and tactical initiatives across the region.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of professionals, driving engagement, compliance, and employee development.
Represent us on all HR-related matters, fostering partnerships with business leaders and external stakeholders.
Partner with senior leadership to drive fair and strategic decision-making, aligning talent strategies and processes.
Implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Manage complex employee relations and performance issues, overseeing HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes, supporting training and development initiatives for managers and employees.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firms.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level or higher).
