Regional HR Leader - Spain and LATAM

We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Lead to oversee strategic and operational initiatives across the region, leading a team of five professionals.

Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team of five professionals

Representing UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, internally and externally

Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region

Main responsibilities include :

Effective talent management and succession planning

Implementing employee engagement strategies and initiatives

Compliance with local labor laws and internal policies

Requirements for this role :

Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firms or similar environments

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities
