Senior Human Resources Manager

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations in India.

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of HR, including Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, International and Domestic Mobility, Labour Compliance, Personnel Administration, and HRMS.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies, regulatory compliance, and seamless HR service delivery to support business objectives.

The Senior HR Manager will also lead and coordinate a team of 15 HR professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business needs.

Additionally, this role requires availability to travel or relocate to Chennai & Mumbai.
