About the Role
The Senior HR Manager, Iberia serves as a strategic HR partner, advising on key areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance, compensation, engagement, inclusion & diversity, recognition, and learning & development. Leading a team of five—including HR Managers, Generalists, and an ER Manager—this role acts as the primary HR representative for Iberia, working closely with the Country Leadership Team to align people strategy with business goals.
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs), especially across business changes and in developing and implementing people and organizational strategies that enhance business performance.
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams, providing coaching and advice on people-related matters to influence decision-making and promote employee engagement.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition to retirement, ensuring adherence to HR policies and collaboration with the wider HR team for seamless processes.
- Lead the implementation of organizational design initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning, to support business objectives.
- Proactively manage and resolve any employee relations issues / escalations by conducting thorough investigations and driving cases to resolution, maintaining compliance and mitigating risks.
- Coach and mentor a team of 5 HR professionals, driving development and ensuring the team consistently meets organizational goals and HR best practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies and recommending improvements where necessary.

Minimum : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in a relevant Human Resources technical discipline.Desirable : Post graduate qualifications in business or related discipline.Progressive experience, 5-10 years, in Human Resources within multinational & matrixed companies.Expertise as strategic HR Business Partner, supporting global / regional business.Demonstrated People leadership experience.Proven record building high-performance cultures.Skilled leading organisational change.Strong background in Labour Relations.Skills and Knowledge
