Housekeeping Supervisor

Audacious hospitality leaders are sought after to join our team as Housekeeping Supervisors. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be a part of a dynamic and diverse team committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering seamless housekeeping operations on board our luxurious vessels.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain an environment that promotes quality, efficiency, and teamwork among housekeeping staff.
• Directly supervise a team of housekeeping staff in assigned areas including staterooms, public areas, and crew quarters.
• Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout all areas under your supervision.
• Ensure accurate handling and reporting of lost and found items, guest issues, and other incidents.
• Solve problems creatively and proactively to resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
