We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The role can be based in one of our offices in Italy or Spain.

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent across all functions of our business. You will support recruitment across our entire group, which spans multiple countries and departments. You’ll be part of our global People & Culture team, made up of 20+ professionals across seven countries. Altogether, we are almost 1,000 Epassians—and we’re growing rapidly!

You will play a crucial role in building our teams by leading talent acquisition efforts, sourcing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process in cooperation with line managers and People & Culture colleagues. As we continue to grow, this role offers potential for expanding responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on recruitment, including developing and executing recruitment strategies across all our country locations. This includes a wide range of roles across functions and levels.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, and more.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand.
• Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve processes.
