At Plenitude Iberia we are in a growth phase and we would like to incorporate an Operations Specialist into the Sales team in Lisbon. Reporting directly to the Head of the Unit, the selected person will be responsible for the correct functioning of our offices, as well as the coordination and monitoring of the activities linked to the department.

Key responsibilities
You will implement and comply with the company's processes, procedures, and documents, focusing on operations-related matters.
You will take on various tasks, being responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the offices.
It will provide support in administrative and operational processes, as well as in supplier monitoring.
He will be responsible for document management and report preparation.
Participate in internal communication.
You will be an ambassador for the company's values, both internally and externally.
Required training and experience
Degree in ADE or similar.
Languages : High level of spoken and written English (B2). Fluency in other languages will be a plus.
Organizational and communication skills, and a good level of negotiation.
Mastery of the Office suite, ERP or management systems.
Experience in similar positions in multinational or large companies.
